I am Brannon Cavanaugh, a researcher at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and an undergraduate student studying Cellular and Molecular Biology.  I am originally from Scobey, Montana, but I have lived in the small town of Litchfield, MI, for much of my life. I am the son of an elementary school teacher and a school bus driver, I have two dogs, a weiner dog and a miniature schnauzer, and a younger brother who recently underwent a successful experimental heart surgery which replaced the tricuspid valve in his heart through a tiny incision in his leg.  I enjoy riding motorcycles, good movies, and being surrounded by nature.  Oh, and science.  I like science.
